Website

Problem

In anticipation of the Hopkins Raspberry Festival's 90th anniversary, the board of directors decided it was time to rebuild the website and modernize their digital infrastructure. As the festival organization had grown over the years, so too had their expenses for all manner of digital services. It was time to update the look and feel of the site, data management tools, and the organization's approach to marketing and communications.

Solution

The primary goals of the website we built were to help establish modernized brand standards, improve the user experience for festivalgoers, be easy for board members to edit their relevant pages, consolidate digital services, and save the organization money. First designed and testing in Figma, the website was then built in Webflow to make all of this possible.

Result

The website has served over 70,000 attendees each year with the feedback that it is easy to navigate and find the information people are looking for. The board of directors has also reported that managing event registrations, recruiting volunteers, and collecting payments from vendors and sponsors has been a breeze. On top of the, the consolidation of all this to a single service saves the organization as much as $3,000 per year.
